The urban spaces of Naples encapsulate a cultural and social complexity that is often viewed through a filter that overgeneralizes and oversimplifies the reality of the facts, to the point that sometimes the city is described exclusively through stereotype, ignoring and hiding what the authentic experience of Naples is.
The poster therefore aims to ironize one of the most common stereotypes used against Naples by using one of the Neapolitan cards and its meaning. The poster was selected to be exhibited at the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples on the occasion of the event “Design Beyond Design #2: New Urban Imaginaries”. (2023)
